The challenge at Colour Create is to use Aqua and Lime Green as a color scheme for your card. I simply love the freshness of these colors together; they feel so light and breezy! Ah, now I am wishing for a hammock and ice cold lemonade....
These cards are also made with the One Stop Craft Challenge #81 in mind: Birthstones. Pearl is not my own birthstone, but it is my grandmother's and she has been much on my mind lately.
Incidentally, One Stop Crafts is SPONSORING the Colour Create challenge this week! Now, isn't that a fantastic coincidence? Be sure to hop over to Colour Create for the savings code there to use at One Stop Crafts! Woohoo! :)
More challenges:
3. Practical Scrappers {Fabric, Felt and Tulle}
(The flowers are fabric... is that slightly cheating? Only slightly? Oh well, I intend to make up for it with another card very soon :)
4. Stamp Something {2 of Something}
(The cards use two hydrangeas and two patterns... two colors, and there are two cards. Uno, dos. :)
Now enough blab and on to the pics:
